TERMS OF SERVICE
ꕤ BY COMMISSIONING ANY ARTWORK FROM ME, YOU ARE STATING THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS. ꕤ
I WILL WORK UNDER THE ASSUMPTION THAT YOU HAVE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. PLEASE DO TELL ME THAT YOU HAVE READ THE ToS AFTERWARDS.Terms can be subject to change without any notice.
GENERAL INFORMATION
ꕤ Due to health issues (I suffer from a chronic kidney disease and clinically diagnosed with anxiety) and a turbulent life. ETA of each pieces per client will be at least 1-3 months for designs and 3-6 months for Live2D. The piece can be finished earlier or later at the agreed date.(Updated or clarification: it means that each client's commission will take approximately 1-3 months as soon as its your turn in the queue! I work on 2-3 clients per month and sometimes finish earlier.)ꕤ My timezone is GMT +0800! I work from Mondays to Fridays (unless there is an important event, in which case I will update my discord server of or personally dm you on Twitter/X and Discord.) Please be mindful of the timezone difference.ꕤ Commissions are selective. I will release my google forms or post publicly on Twitter/X when I am prepared to take in more clientelles. Please do not urge me to add you into the slot or you may get ignored.ꕤ Credit will need to be given when you commission me! You may tag me in the post or if you are my Live2D Child please include me in the credits section!ꕤ Any ill behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be cancelled and you will only receive the unfinished work without any percent of the refund back.
(Ill Behaviors include: Unprofessional behavior while conversing with me, Chargebacks without my knowledge, Threatening behaviors such as: doxxing, any form of harm or publicly slander me, Rushing me when we did not agree to an ETA) This list may be updated at anytime with approved discretion of both me and my manager’s.ꕤ Your commission may be waitlisted if there is no contact. You will receive a warning that failure to contact after one week from the warning that your commission will be waitlisted until further updates/communication from you.Commission put on the waitlist due to no contact will be cancelled after 2 weeks of no contact.To Simplify:
1 Week of No Contact: Follow up
2 Weeks of No Contact: Warning
3 Weeks of No Contact: Waitlisting of your Commission
5 Weeks of No Contact: Commission will be CancelledPlease understand that I have other commissions to work on and that this rule is necessary for me to to be able to follow my schedule and the other client’s schedule.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
ꕤ I only accept payments through PayPal or Ko-Fi or V-Gen.
ꕤ Payment plans are accepted with the following: [ 25/25/25/25 or 50/50 ]
ꕤ I will only work once you have paid amount we have agreed on.
ꕤ I cannot give you a refund if the commission is more than 40% in progress.
ꕤ Refunds can be given if I have only done less than 40% of the progress.
